My stay at your wonderful bed & breakfast, much like my entire trip throughout the amazing Blue Ridge Parkway, was fantastic...the kaleidascope array of yellows, reds, oranges and shades of purples was for this Hawaii boy (where such seasonal change is nonexistant) a mesmerizing experience. Outdoors
- Solar Heated In-Ground Pool - Our pool is open early spring through early fall. Pool towels are provided.
- Grill - An gas grill is set-up in the pool area for our guests who want to barbeque.
- Hiking Trails - There are several established hiking trails in the mountains behind the Inn and around the Rock Castle Creek. Walking sticks are provided.
- Rock Castle Creek / Fishing - The Rock Castle Creek runs the entire length of the Inn's front yard. Guests can enjoy wading in the creek, hunting for treasure rocks to take home or fishing for the occasional trout that meanders by. Guests must provide their own fishing equipment. After all, each fisherman has his own favorite pole! Hammocks & Adirondack chairs are scattered along the creek edge for guests who want to relax to the sound of water trickling over rocks.

- In-room comforts - private bathrooms en suite; air conditioning; gas fireplaces featuring the original hand carved mantles; quality linens and plush towels; private label soaps and shampoos; plush robes; hairdryers; and individualized lighting for the reading enjoyment of each guest.

- Parlor Provisions - In our parlor, we have a guest refrigerator & microwave. The refrigerator is always stocked with sodas, juice and bottled water. Snacks and popcorn are always available. For game players, there are board and card games. A puzzle is always in the works, and there is a piano in the corner for music lovers.
